Delray Beach Tennis Center is one of South Florida’s most recognized public tennis facilities and serves as the home of the Delray Champions junior development program led by Junior Tennis Director Brent Wellman.
Located in downtown Delray Beach, the facility provides year-round instruction for players ranging from beginner youth participants through nationally competitive juniors. Programs include afterschool training, summer camps, private coaching, tournament preparation, and high performance development.
The academy follows a structured progression from Red, Orange, Green, and Yellow Ball development through advanced tournament training. Instruction emphasizes technical fundamentals, movement, strategy, strength and conditioning, mental toughness, and long-term player development.
Unlike many private academies, Delray Beach Tennis Center combines high-level coaching with a public facility environment, creating accessible development opportunities for local families and competitive junior players throughout Palm Beach County.
